St Thomas' Church Christmas tree festival

St Thomas’ Church is hosting a Christmas tree festival which opens on Wednesday 5th December with the blessing of the Town Crib and switching on of the Lymington town lights. This takes place at 6 pm in the presence of the Mayor, Cllr Pauline Elsworth. The Festival is open each day until Sunday 9th December when it will close following a service at 10.30am at which the Teen Bishop speaks and toys are collected for local children in need. There will be 34 trees in the church, each decorated by a different charity or local organisation. Entrance is free but any money donated will be shared between those taking part who choose to fund raise and some of the trees will be offered for a silent auction.
